Tracking Committee Update

OLS Pastoral Planning Tracking Committee (10/29/2008)

The OLS Pastoral Planning Tracking Committee reports to the Parish Council on the status of Approved Recommendations that resulted from the Pastoral Planning process.  All of the approximately 200 recommendations that came out of the planning process were assigned a priority status of "1" through "5", with some being referred ("R") to the school adminstration for action.  Status "R", "1" and "2" items that have been reviewed and validated by the Parish Council have been incorporated into a tracking spreadsheet.  Members of the Tracking Committee follow-up with the Lead Responsibility person(s) to obtain a status for assigned items.  A summary report will be provided to the Parish Council.  Any items that are in jeopardy of not being started or completed by the designated target dates, will be presented to the Parish Council to determine what action is required.

The Tracking Committee is starting follow-up with the Lead Responsibility for status "R" and "1" items.  The first summary report will be forwarded to the Parish Council at the scheduled December meeting.
