Parents and other adults are invited to attend a workshop on the topic of suicide by children and adolescents.  The presentation will focus on some of the signs of suicide that can be expressed by children or teens and what to do to help.  The symptoms of depression and other concerns, such as self-cutting, will also be discussed.  The session will be coordinated by Dr. Jack Martin, a child psychologist, who has provided multiple workshops on suicide prevention and intervention for schools.  Plan to receive some practical suggestions on how to address these issues with your family.  The presentation will be in the School Cafeteria on Wednesday, March 24th at 7:00pm.
