Giving"Honor the LORD from your wealth and from the first of all your produce; So your barns will be filled with plenty," Proverbs 3:9-10.Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church is a qualified non-profit tax-exempt charitable organizaiton under the Interanl Revenue Code section 501(c)(3). All contributions made to the church and school, in which no goods or services are given in exchange for the donations, are tax deductible. Offertory Contributions:You may make your contribution to the church by using the offering envelopes which are mailed to your home address on a monthly basis. The mailing typically includes envelopes for weekly church collections, Holydays, Diocesan collections, and parish debt reduction. Contributions may be made by cash, check, or money order. Checks placed into the offering basket without a member envelope are matched against parish registrations to ensure proper posting to member accounts. Unfortunately, loose cash donations cannot be tracked. Also, contributions may be charged to a credit card or deducted from a checking or savings account through either on on-line donation form or by filling out and returning to the Parish Office our Electronic Giving Form.
