The school has 50 employees; 3 administrators, 33 classroom teachers, 4 office staff, 6 classroom aides, school counselor, technology coordinator, media specialist, development room teacher, 5 Farmington Public School shared time teachers and a Farmington Public School speech therapist.

The credentials of our teachers far exceed the State of Michigan's minimum teacher certification standards. Our Lady of Sorrows teachers are certified teachers of which 57% possess a Master's degree, 31% possess a Bachelor's degree +18 and 12% possess a Bachelor's degree.
