CYO Sports Parish Rules

  1. Our Lady of Sorrows Parish & School enrolled children have equal opportunity to make any team
  2. We do not take any outside our own parish children unless we cannot fill a team with our own. 
  3. Parish athletes must be given special consideration on Monday nights so they may attend catechism classes. Attendance is checked regularly.
  4. An ejection from any games is one (1) game suspension enforced by the MHSAA and one (1) game from the parish making it a two game suspension…think first!
  5. Athletes must follow the same code of ethics established by the school and/or parish. Likewise coaches must be presentable at all times and set a good example for their team.
  6. Athletes must dress appropriately for all games. (Khakis, shirts with collars, etc.)
  7. Rules are subject to change including additions and deletions by the parish Athletic Director.
