Carnival Sponsorships include:

• Logo or Family Name on printed signage. Sponsorships purchased after September 12 will not have printed signage at the event. Sponsorship areas correspond to the area of the carnival where your signage will be.   
• Logo or family name on event webpage and social media. Donation amount will determine the relative size of your logo or family name on digital promotions.
• Complimentary admission tickets for your immediate family members

Carnival Admission (ON SALE NOW) includes:

• Unlimited Carnival Games
• Food Truck Area for purchase
• Inflatable Games & Bounce Houses
• Stamp Card for Prizes
• Crafts & Lawn Games
• Face Painters and Balloon Twisters
• Cakewalk
• Family Fun Area

*Carnival Admission tickets must be purchased for each adult and any child that will participate in the Carnival. Infants and toddlers who will not be participating do not need tickets.

*Tickets purchased before Friday, September 15 at 3:00 PM (Pre-Event) will cost $20. After that, tickets may be purchased at the door for $25.

Hay Bales: After the Carnival ends at 3 pm, take hay bales home with you for $10 each for your home decor, fun play area etc. Must pick up before Monday, September 18.

General Information:

• The Carnival will take place outdoors unless weather necessitates cancellation. Due to the size of the event and the number of vendors to coordinate, we would not be able to reschedule. In the case of a cancelled event due to weather, all tickets will be refunded.
• All Carnival proceeds benefit the Saints for Tomorrow Annual Fund. Learn more at olsorrows.com/sftgiving/

Volunteers:

• Many hands make light work. We are looking for Adult Volunteers to assist us in many ways to make this event successful. Sign Up Available here. 
• High school students are needed to volunteer at the Carnival! Sign up HERE. 

Donations:

• Sign up to donate a cake for the Cake Walk HERE. Donations can be counted as Volunteer Hours.
